Late Cancellations or Missed Appointments: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the appointment cost. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with the reserved time and ensures that our practitioners' time is used efficiently.
